Why the foundation exists
The Underdog Foundation operates alongside Youth Sports Collective to help make youth sports accessible. Opportunity should not stop at the sideline. The foundation shares the Collective’s belief in growth, teamwork and building character that lasts a lifetime. Its purpose is connected to the same family-first community rather than a promise of wins or a talent pipeline.
Who it supports
Families and young athletes can contact the Collective to discuss current support. Specific eligibility criteria, funding availability and application requirements have not been confirmed for this preview. No financial award, placement or grant is guaranteed. Before sharing personal documents, ask the Collective to confirm the official process and the information it needs.
How to help
For families, sport should be a place of connection rather than a source of uncertainty. We want parents and guardians to feel part of the Collective, with a direct route to the people leading each programme. The relationships around a young athlete matter. A supportive environment gives players room to practice, make mistakes and try again while learning to respect themselves and the people around them.
